PROPERTIES:
FALCO FIX IG 3904 is a ready to use adhesive having good machinability.It is highly suitable for application of adhesive by disk.
APPLICATION:FALCOFIX IG 3904 is recommended as an adhesive for side pasting of folding cartons.Usually the adhesive is applied in straight line by means of wheel application on Bobst or Cartanol machine.Due to uinique properties of FALCOFIX IG 3904 is highly suitable for machine application.
STORAGE:FALCOFIX IG 3904 should be stored in closed container to prevent drying out and contamination.rotate stock on first come first out basis.It is recommended to use product within 8 to 12 months.

PACKING:FALCOFIX IG 3904 is available in 50 and 200 kg HMHDP plastic drums.

GENERAL:-
FALCOFIX IG 0530 SLV is a ready to use adhesive for pasting of cartons nozzle application.

Viscosity at 30 degree C: 800 TO 1000 CPS
Brookfield RVT 2/20 rpm
pH: 4.5 to 5.5

PROPERTIES:
1)No coagulationa in the nozzle head.
2)Clean cutt-off and minimal tailing.
3)Fast setting

FALCOFIX IG 0530 SLV is high tack adhesive for folding box.It is ready to use adhesive and can be applied at room temprature at which it can form film without application of heat or use of hardener.This is an easy to clean product and teh areas to be cleaned can be wiped out with clean moist cloth.

APPLICATION:
It is particularly suitable for nozzle application.The FALCOFIX IG SLV is specially developed for folding boxes/carton pacjaging industry.Due to the unique properties of free flowing,FALCOFIX IG0530 SLV is highly suitable for Nozzle application.

STORAGE:
FALCOFIX IG 0530 SLV should be packed in closed conatiner to prevent drying out and conatamination.Rotate stock-first in first out.Do not mix with other adhesives.It is recommended to use product within 12 months.
